Sydney Henriques-Payne
@sydneyhenriques-payn
Executive consultant blending policy, project management, and people strategy for impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Managing Principal providing executive coaching, fractional senior leadership, and strategy consulting across communications, HR, and operations. I partner with leadership teams to build the systems, talent strategy, and operational clarity organizations need to scale—often during periods of change.
Most recently, as a Sr. Consultant, Policy and Advocacy and Senior Director, Project Management at RISE, I’ve co-led end-to-end product and policy redesign, including member classification system integration tied to automating with Genesis Artificial Intelligence (AI) and supporting a corresponding revenue-generating product. I’ve also designed and delivered career readiness learning at CUNY (adjunct) and led people and culture strategy for a $60M philanthropic organization, launching continuous improvement, compliance, and DEIJ-focused operating frameworks.
