I’m looking to lead enterprise strategy and transformation—building governance, performance, and accountability systems that improve outcomes. I want to drive evidence-based execution and durable equity, through executive dashboards, change management, and continuous improvement in complex organizations.

I’m an enterprise strategy and transformation leader with 20+ years designing governance frameworks, performance systems, and accountability structures that help complex organizations execute strategy and improve outcomes. As a former federal executive at IMLS, I advanced organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and evidence-based decision-making across a $280M national grantmaking portfolio serving 140,000+ institutions.

I founded and led the agency’s Equity and Inclusion Council, authored the 2022–2026 Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plan, and embedded equity into enterprise systems through initiatives like Language Access planning and resiliency infrastructure.
