What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Agile delivery in enterprise teams, coaching Scrum/SAFe practices, strengthening QA and automation, and improving predictability through metrics, risk management, and servant leadership.

I’m a Senior Scrum Master with 8.5+ years of Agile delivery experience across Insurance and Retail domains, supporting enterprise clients through Tata Consultancy Services. I’m PSM I certified with a strong QA foundation and I contribute hands-on by blending test automation with Agile coaching, including SAFe PI Planning and distributed team support.

I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, lead backlog refinement and sprint/PI execution, and strengthen stakeholder alignment through servant leadership, risk/dependency management, and continuous improvement. I’ve been recognized with multiple delivery and leadership awards, and I improved sprint predictability by 20% over 2 quarters by reducing average backlog item age and tightening Definition of Ready practices.
