Most recently, I took a recurring pain point from years of event work and built RSVP, an event registration SaaS, from PRD and user stories through 4 development sprints in Jira. I owned scope control, the data model, and version decisions, and I guided specification and acceptance under my ownership using a VS Code + Claude Code collaboration model. The product is live on Netlify, with the admin console under continuous iteration.
Before that, I managed 3 concurrent projects across different domains with a combined budget of TWD 19M and a 4-person team, delivering on time and within budget. When I took over two projects mid-flight with significant information gaps, I rebuilt scope and delivery plans to get both back on track within 2 weeks without disrupting the third. I also designed an Agile-inspired rolling assignment system to shift capacity by project urgency and established milestone-based acceptance criteria to keep delivery consistent.
Earlier in my career, I served as the primary project owner for 72+ engagements totaling TWD 79.5M+ in managed budget, supporting clients including Meta, ETHGlobal, and SEMICON Taiwan across the full project lifecycle.
