What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior commercial, category, vendor, business development or partnership role within a travel or travel-tech organisation, where I can apply travel sales, supplier-network, CRM and automation experience.

I've built and independently run SND World Tourism, a Pune-based full-service travel agency generating ₹3.5–4 Cr in annual turnover. I own sales, operations, marketing, accounting and finance, while guiding customers through tailor-made holidays, group tours, cruises, airfares, hotels, visas, forex and insurance.

I built a 600+ DMC and supplier network, negotiated commercial terms and margins, and redesigned Zoho workflows for a 5,000+ customer database to reduce enquiry response time from 2–3 hours to under 10 minutes. Earlier, at FCM Travel Solutions/Flight Centre Travel Group, I was a top seller for Cosmos Vacations and Trafalgar tours and handled FIT, group travel, supplier negotiations, ticketing and performance reporting.
