I’m a sales operations professional focused on “Quoting Renewals” and “Quote to Cash,” with 14 years of experience driving order booking, renewals, and customer-focused process execution. I bring strong ownership across cross-functional teams and a consistent goal to hit targets through disciplined process work.

In earlier roles as a “Process Operations specialist,” I supported a pilot quoting transaction integrated from the Ireland team for EMEA, trained team members, and resolved quote processing queries during team expansion in Bangalore. As a “Senior Analyst” and later a “Financial Analyst,” I handled PO and ordering document validations, cloud order package validation, daily huddles, and process change communication. I also managed post-sales financial aspects such as inventory audits, monthly/quarterly/yearly closing support, rebate file validation, and quote creation with accurate discount rates for approvals.

Today, I prepare renewal quotes for the EMEA region, coordinate with Order Management, Sales Reps, IT, and partners/distributors, and handle queries across online renewal portals and manual quote paths. I’m also experienced in end-to-end “Quote cash” (SO creation, invoicing, logistics coordination, procurement, warehouse setup, and inventory/stock handling), using SAP and Oracle (R11/R12) alongside SFDC and CRM tools.
