What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Order Management role where I can support end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, improve workflows, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams.

I've supported global sales teams at Microsoft and Nuance Communications, owning deal desk and quote-to-order processes for international regions.

I create and amend license, subscription, and professional-services quotes in Salesforce CPQ, manage pricing and approval compliance, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Geo teams. I also support contract amendments, renewals, order booking, billing, invoicing, and quarter-end deal closures.

Across Microsoft, Nuance, and Optamark, I've improved processes through data analysis, automation, root-cause analysis, audits, dashboards, and training. I'm returning to full-time work and available to join immediately.
