What I'm looking for
I’m a customer support executive with 1 year of experience handling 50–60 customer interactions daily through phone, email, and chat, while keeping service quality high. I resolve complaints and support requests efficiently, maintain accurate CRM records and support tickets, and use the insights from my work to improve outcomes.
Alongside support, I’m actively building my Data Analytics path. I use Excel, SQL basics, and Power BI to analyze trends, create reports and dashboards, and support decision-making—highlighted by my Sales Performance Dashboard and HR Analytics Dashboard projects using Power Query, slicers/filters, and DAX measures. I bring a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset to every task.
