What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve operational efficiency through accurate customer support, data management, process coordination, and reporting. I value opportunities to build on my Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis skills.

At Tech Mahindra, I processed payment transaction, refund, and account requests while maintaining accuracy, process quality, and compliance standards.
