I am an MCA graduate with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python, and I am eager to apply my analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven business decisions.

Through my data analytics projects, I have gained practical experience in data cleaning, validation, transformation, analysis, and visualization. I have developed Power BI dashboards for Credit Card Customer Analytics, HR Analytics, and Mobile Sales, using DAX measures and KPIs to identify trends and generate meaningful business insights. I also completed an Online Bookstore SQL project involving database analysis, joins, aggregations, filtering, and business-focused insights.

My professional experience at Tech Mahindra has further strengthened my attention to detail, analytical thinking, and understanding of business processes. In a payment gateway process, I investigate transaction-related issues, manage cases and escalations, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams, and follow quality and SLA requirements. This experience has taught me to work systematically with information, identify issues accurately, and communicate findings clearly.
