At Empyrean, I owned sales enablement strategy for a 20-person U.S.-based sales organization, building programs and resources that improved seller productivity, readiness, and deal efficiency.

I built Empyrean’s Highspot instance from the ground up and created training for Highspot, ChatGPT Enterprise, AI-powered selling, product demonstrations, and other seller tools. I also documented RFP, pricing, and Salesforce processes and mapped the end-to-end sales onboarding journey.

Previously, I led go-to-market initiatives for product launches at Empyrean, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success around positioning, messaging, and execution. I created sales content, RFP responses, interactive Navattic demonstrations, and demand-generation, social, email, and lead-nurturing campaigns using Oktopost and HubSpot.

My earlier marketing work at Shop LC included managing print, digital, email, and on-air campaigns, product messaging, brand standards, stakeholders, and budgets up to $100K. I also bring full-cycle recruiting and account-management operations experience from AppleOne Employment Services.
