I’m looking to lead sales and revenue enablement that treats enablement as a revenue multiplier—scalable onboarding, coaching, and certification backed by rigorous MEDDICC/Challenger frameworks and AI-powered content strategy.

I’m a Director-level Sales Enablement and Revenue Enablement leader with 7+ years driving GTM productivity across Sales, SDR, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing. I build scalable onboarding, ramp, certification, coaching, and field readiness programs that reduce ramp time, lift quota attainment, and influence multi-million-dollar pipeline.

I’m especially fluent in MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Value Selling methodologies, and I pair that rigor with change management discipline. I’ve led competency-based development frameworks and structured training that tighten opportunity qualification and improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene.

In my current role at Prezent, I lead enablement across six GTM departments and designed five role-based onboarding programs that reduced new-hire ramp time. I also built and deployed Elena, an AI enablement agent that delivers real-time coaching, content recommendations, and skill validation embedded in seller workflows, operationalizing a four-platform AI stack to compress content cycles from weeks to days.

Previously at Everbridge, I architected global onboarding that reduced average ramp time by 50% and drove 90%+ adoption through multi-module Clari certification.
