I'm looking for a challenging SuccessFactors consulting role in a dynamic environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, where I can deliver solutions that meet business requirements and measurable outcomes.

I've delivered SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and support, configuring employee and foundation data, workflows, business rules, picklists, MDFs, alerts, notifications, event reasons, and Role-Based Permissions.

On an Employee Central and Onboarding project, I supported Position Management, position-to-job synchronization, data migration, testing, documentation, and resolved 100% of onboarding tickets within SLA. I also helped improve authentication from passwords to SSO.

I've implemented Global Benefits programs, plans, claims, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and life event processes, integrating benefits with Employee Central to automate administration.

Earlier at Infosys, I supported Employee Central configuration migration using Package Configuration Manager, maintained Unix servers, and created shell scripts and cron jobs for routine tasks.
