I bring hands-on experience configuring core EC functionalities—Foundation Objects, Job Information, Personal Information, and Event Reason mappings—while managing XML-based data models (Corporate, Succession, and country-specific) to meet localization requirements.
I design and configure dynamic workflows and business rules for events like hiring, transfers, and terminations, including alert rules and notifications to improve compliance and visibility. I also build People Analytics Story reports with strong data modeling and query design, creating dashboards, tables, and Story type reporting using calculated columns and formulas, while managing role-based permissions and troubleshooting access/security issues.
