What I'm looking for

I seek implementation-focused SAP SuccessFactors roles where I can lead Employee Central configuration, solve complex HRIS problems, collaborate with clients, and grow technically within a supportive team.

I am an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with over 2.6 years working on full life-cycle Employee Central implementations and multiple SuccessFactors modules. I deliver end-to-end configuration, provisioning, security/RBP, XML/data model work, workflows, and reporting to drive successful go-lives.

At organizations including Wipro, R.J. Reynolds, and Kellogg’s engagements, I’ve led requirement gathering, designed solutions using best practices, configured foundation and MDF objects, and implemented time and payroll-related rules. I also developed custom reports, document generation templates, and automated workflows to meet client needs.
