What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve supply chain and logistics performance through process standardization, automation, ERP and digital transformation, and analytics-driven continuous improvement.

At Sri Vayuputra Logistics, I manage end-to-end warehouse, inventory, distribution, and order operations across B2B, D2C, marketplace, and CFA environments. I improve picking efficiency, storage capacity, service levels, OTIF performance, and operational visibility through SOPs, SKU zoning, route planning, KPI governance, and data analysis.

I've led ERP implementation and workflow digitization, including business-process mapping, requirement gathering, UAT, data validation, bug tracking, and SOP documentation. I also support financial operations, budgeting, profitability analysis, vendor payouts, payroll, and financial reporting for logistics and warehouse activities.

More recently, I've supported ITC Limited's LogiTrack pilot deployment and contributed to AI-LOIS, an AI-enabled logistics platform for 3PL, 4PL, and transporter workflows. My Executive MBA in Data Science & Business Analytics strengthens how I use Python, SQL, Tableau, dashboards, and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
