I’m a people-oriented postgraduate with a Master’s in Psychology, and I bring hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement, program coordination, and training facilitation. Through field and academic preparation, I’ve built a strong understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, employee well-being, and communication.

In my Program Intern role, I coordinated campus outreach with educational institutions and district administration, facilitated group sessions, and managed program documentation and activity records. I also designed awareness materials and digital content using Canva, collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to execute community programs effectively.

I’m now seeking opportunities in Human Resources where I can contribute to recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, HR operations, and people management. With strengths in HR documentation, report writing, and attention to detail—supported by HR and project management certifications—I’m ready to help teams create measurable, people-centered outcomes.
