I seek an entry-level HR role focused on talent acquisition, L&D, and employee relations in a collaborative, growth-oriented organisation.

I am an aspiring HR professional currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management with a background in English Literature. I combine strong interpersonal communication, research, and critical analysis skills with demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and discretion, and I bring precise documentation and coordination abilities to HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and organisational culture.

Through academic projects and leadership roles, I have developed insights into human behaviour, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
