What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or people operations role where I can support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement while continuing to grow in talent acquisition and team operations.

I've supported recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across Axentra OS, Marketing Makhni, Unschool, and Adore India. I manage candidate communication, documentation, interview coordination, orientation sessions, and stakeholder follow-ups.

At Marketing Makhni, I managed end-to-end internship recruitment, conducted 350+ screening calls, led daily virtual interviews, and sent 50+ proposals for internship drives across India. I also created feedback forms and weekly performance reports while leading a team and maintaining workflow efficiency.
