Currently, I am an HR Intern at Egis Engineering, where I assist in developing strategies to improve employee retention and reduce attrition rates. My role involves conducting turnover trend analysis and exit interviews, as well as managing HR operations and documentation. Previously, I gained valuable insights into the recruitment lifecycle and performance management processes during my internships at Integra Software Services and Fanuc India Pvt. Ltd.
