What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging internship where I can support HR operations and talent acquisition, learn project management, and contribute to organizational development through clear communication, organized workflows, and practical problem-solving.

I’m a Business Administration student with a strong focus on Human Resources, talent acquisition, and practical problem-solving. Through my coursework in Organisational Behaviours and Data Analysis for Business Decisions, I build a structured way of thinking that I bring into HR operations and team coordination.

In my internships, I supported end-to-end HR work—managing HR operations, payroll and compliance activities, employee onboarding, and employee record management—while also sourcing and screening candidates using tools like LinkedIn for technical and non-technical roles. I’m proactive, communicate clearly, and enjoy turning organized processes into better team outcomes.
