What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or People Operations. I value meaningful responsibilities, learning opportunities, supportive teams, and career growth, while looking to apply my Psychology background and develop practical corporate skills.

I’m a Psychology graduate looking to build a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and People Operations. My experience includes research work with IISc Vision Lab, community research and surveys, and teaching, where I developed skills in communication, coordination, observation, documentation, and working with different individuals. I’ve also completed training in Human Resource Management, Recruitment & Selection, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. My psychology background has strengthened my understanding of human behaviour, motivation, interpersonal communication, and people-focused problem solving. I’m a quick learner, detail-oriented, adaptable, and interested in opportunities where I can apply these skills while continuing to develop professionally.
