I'm seeking HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or Training and L&D roles where I can apply organizational psychology, recruitment coordination, and learning design to create measurable people-centric impact.

I've supported recruitment and organizational psychology work at MedTourEasy, where I refined workplace-behaviour case studies, crafted targeted job descriptions, and managed LinkedIn postings to improve applicant quality and reduce first-round screening time.

At Mindlogs Psychological Services, I designed a comprehensive training manual and gained practical exposure to corporate mental health systems and employee wellbeing practices.
