At Optum – United Health Group, I've built ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and integrations as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer.

I've delivered REST API integrations, Service Catalog solutions, Service Portal pages and widgets, CSM capabilities through Agent Workspace and Advanced Work Assignment, and a live Integration Monitoring Dashboard for real-time tracking of integration health and failures. I also configure SLAs, automate notifications and business processes with Flow Designer, and manage deployments through Update Sets.
