I am an accomplished HR Generalist with a Master's Degree in Business Administration and extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee development. In Huawei Technologies Nepal, I was responsible for talent mapping, recruitment , head hunting, reports, and more . My previous roles have equipped me with a strong foundation in HR practices, including budget implementation, training programs, and maintaining employee databases.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my commitment to fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement. As the Head of Human Resources at Eminence Ways, I led HR budget planning and represented the organization at various HR events. My contributions as a jury member for the Apex Entrepreneurship Program and as a mentor for the Nepal Economic Olympiad showcase my dedication to nurturing talent and promoting collaboration between educational institutions and the workforce.

With a passion for continuous learning and professional growth, I have completed several certified trainings, including English for Business and Entrepreneurship and Introduction to Social Media Marketing.
