Co-founded and served as CEO, driving strategic direction, fostering growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Established and lead an HR firm as CEO, while also spearheading an eco-conscious passion project as an ecopreneur.

Led the People and Culture team in Nepal and Australia, managing a team of 500+ in Nepal and 40 in Australia. Formulated and executed HR strategies as a strategic partner for the business, serving as the focal point in the Nepal office for official purposes.

Led the offshore P&C team in Nepal, overseeing core P&C functions and ensuring career development. Managed end-to-end recruitment, HR policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and workplace health and safety.

Developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance appraisal systems. Oversaw HR administration processes and ensured legal compliance, contributing to expanding the organization from 4 verticals with 100+ staff to 12 verticals with over 500 staff.

Provided guidance on HR and operational functions, developing HR policies and SOPs. Collaborated with MD on strategic decisions for overall operations.

Formulated company and HR policies, and created and implemented necessary forms and processes. Overviewed account, IT, and store departments.

Managed a cleaning project with 300+ staff, coordinating with contractors, handling customer interactions, and ensuring service quality. Managed all the documents for Cleaning team as certified Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008.

Assisted HR Head in overall HR operations for Dwarika’s Hotel Group, coordinating recruitment, compensation plans, and employee database. Contributed to personal development plans and training initiatives.

Completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Ace Institute of Management. The program provided a strong foundation in business principles and management practices.

Obtained a CHRMP certification from Lead Institute, Dubai, certified by the Government of Dubai. This certification enhanced expertise in human resource management practices.

Participated in extensive leadership training programs at Radical Edge, India. These trainings focused on developing advanced leadership skills and strategies.

Completed Diversity Training at Developing Global F1 Leaders, Singapore. This training focused on fostering inclusive environments and managing diverse teams effectively.

Certified as an ISO Internal Auditor 9001:2015 by Lead the Way Training, Brooke Hayes, Australia. This certification equipped with skills to conduct internal audits for quality management systems.

Underwent PI Championship Training at Red Wolf Group, Australia. This training focused on enhancing performance and strategic thinking.
