I am an experienced HR leader with over 15 years in diverse multicultural settings. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Up Talent PVT Ltd, I have driven strategic direction, fostered growth, and ensured operational excellence in HR strategy, team empowerment, recruitment, and engagement. My commitment to elevating teams and aligning HR strategies with business objectives has been a cornerstone of my career.
In my previous role as Acting Head of People and Culture at HLE Nepal, I managed a team of over 500 in Nepal and 40 in Australia, formulating and executing HR strategies as a strategic partner. I have led recruitment, core P&C, and L&D teams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and workplace health and safety. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my contributions, including winning the 'Emerging Leader' award at HLE. I am passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and have actively supported initiatives for the upliftment of the tech industry in Nepal and sustainable living practices.
