I’m a commercially aware, customer-focused professional with 6 years of customer-facing experience in retail, including 2 years in a leadership role as an Assistant Manager. I’m motivated by hitting targets and known for reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to performance.

In my current role, I supervise daily store operations, manage a team, and consistently meet sales targets and service standards. I resolve customer complaints with a customer-first approach, supporting satisfaction and repeat footfall while also handling inventory, supplier liaison, and stock replenishment to keep operations running smoothly.

I also lean on data-driven thinking to improve outcomes. I monitor daily sales data and KPIs, identify trends, and adjust tactics to meet targets—while training and onboarding new team members through strong communication, coaching, and scheduling.

As I transition into remote work, I’m eager to apply my data analysis & reporting, persuasive communication, and marketing fundamentals (consumer behaviour, brand positioning, campaign awareness). With solid tools experience across Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Canva, and AI tools like Claude, I’m ready to contribute to consulting, digital marketing, sales, and e-commerce growth.
