What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can combine customer-facing service, e-commerce/retail operations, and data-informed improvements, with opportunities to grow my small-business and marketing skills.

I am an entrepreneurial retail professional with a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Sociology, experienced in quantitative and qualitative research, SPSS data analysis, and running a small online crochet business. I combine strong analytical ability with practical skills in inventory management, marketing, and customer service.
