What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-focused retail role with growth opportunities where I can apply sales, team collaboration, and business development skills to improve store performance.

I am an Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in retail operations, sales, and business development, seeking roles where I can drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

From Nov 2020 to Feb 2023 I worked at Poundland in Southampton, where I developed skills in daily targets, customer support, and team communication while executing store responsibilities reliably.

I hold a Master's degree from Solent University (Southampton) and a Bachelor of Science from Veltech Institute, and have completed internships and training including IBM and NSIC inplant training that strengthened my practical knowledge.

I am hardworking, a quick learner, and bring strong analytical, communication and sales abilities, aiming to contribute to store growth and positive customer experiences.
