I'm leading stakeholder engagement, volunteer programming, patient safety, and operational improvement at NC State College of Veterinary Medicine. I partner with executive stakeholders, clinical departments, volunteers, faculty, and external partners to strengthen client experience and institutional relationships.
Previously, I directed daily operations for 30+ employees at Carpenter Animal Hospital & Pet Inn, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, scheduling, compliance, inventory, vendors, and workflow improvements. At Harmony Animal Hospital & Pet Resort, I built and improved onboarding and training programs while coordinating clinical workflow and mentoring a team of 25+ employees.
My background spans emergency and ICU veterinary care, clinical team leadership, health communications, and public health. I'm completing a Master of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
