I’m a Liquor Manager with experience running day-to-day retail operations with a strong focus on sales maximization, stock management, and shrinkage control. I drive merchandising excellence and use financial reporting to stay on top of performance, including running a PNL report.

Previously, as a KFC Shift Supervisor, I ran restaurant operations end-to-end—setting and following up on goals, planning weekly and monthly activities, managing cash movements, and ensuring customer service and operational standards. I also supported manager development, trained new team members, updated stock in the back office, and prepared monthly and yearly budgets.
