What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to grow and contribute in dynamic hospitality environments, leading food and beverage operations, developing strong teams, improving service delivery, and strengthening operational efficiency.

I've led food and beverage operations across City Lodge Courtyard Hotel, Vivari Hotel and Spa, Mesh Club, Four Seasons Westcliff Hotel Johannesburg, and InterContinental O.R. Tambo International Airport.

In my current Assistant Food and Beverage General Manager role, I oversee restaurant, bar, and event-space service; manage front-line teams; control inventory; and support budgeting, reporting, revenue, and guest-satisfaction strategies.

I've designed operational systems across food and beverage, HR, reception, housekeeping, bar, and service functions, including supporting the reopening of a hotel department. My work includes stock control, cost analysis, sales-trend monitoring, event execution, and process improvements that strengthen service delivery.

I bring 12 years of hospitality experience, including 11 years in management, with a focus on developing teams through recruitment, training, rostering, performance reviews, and hands-on operational leadership.
