I seek a senior retail management role where I can lead teams, optimize operations and inventory, reduce wastage, and drive sales growth within a supportive, safety-focused company.

I am a seasoned retail leader with long tenure at Pick ñ Pay, promoted from trainee manager through to Store Manager. I lead store operations with a hands-on approach and a focus on consistent results.

I specialize in SAP processes, stock control, budgeting using Kronos, Pragma experience, merchandising, and wastage/shrink controls to protect margins. I have overseen payroll planning, supplier relationships, health & safety compliance, and execution of sales promotions to grow units and revenue.
