I am an experienced data processing agent with a strong background in customer service. In my current role at Outworx Contact Centre, I have been responsible for processing leisure and household infinity policies - analyzing any conflicting information between the previous policy and renewal. I am skilled in logging data into the quote system for accurate management and analysis, as well as processing renewals through the quote system to ensure timely job completion. Additionally, I handle emails, logs, and EDI lists, providing administrative support to the team.

Prior to my current role, I worked as a customer service representative at CCI Call Centre, where I handled an international phone insurance campaign for Assurant USA. I answered customer telephone calls promptly, improved on-hold wait times, and provided appropriate solutions to customer complaints. I also filed insurance claims for clients and traced tracking information for replacement devices.

Outside of my professional experience, I have also gained valuable skills in babysitting, field sales, and hospitality. I have taken care of my niece, providing her with bathing, feeding, and nappy changing. As a field sales agent at Le Morgan Direct Marketing, I sold premium homeware products and demonstrated their features and benefits to encourage purchases. I have also worked as a hostess/waitress at McDonald's Boutique Hotel, where I monitored the front entrance, coordinated staff, and resolved guest and employee complaints.
