I specialize in end to end sales consulting, cross-functional collaborations, and strategic revenue growth for partners serving SMB-focused clients up to Enterprise level businesses. I’m driven by the mission to empower partners to optimize their sales potential in an ever-evolving marketplace.
At Pax8, I serve as a Senior Channel Account Manager, owning relationships with SMB-focused Level 3 MSP partners in Pax8’s SaaS marketplace. I partner with solution consultants to build pipeline, enable partners, improve conversion, and forecast/execute monthly and quarterly plans to drive new MRR per partner. I currently manage a portfolio size of >$900K MRR (about $12M annualized recurring revenue) across my partner book of business.
During 20+ years with Intuit, I managed, grew, and sold through partners of all sizes: MSPs, VARs, DMRs, CSPs, commercial hosts, and more. I led VAR/MSP and distribution partnerships, delivering consistent over-attainment (avg. 110%) and owning ~30% of channel revenue goal, while building executive-ready business cases to secure 19 new channel contracts and deliver ~ $3M in unforecasted revenue.

Own relationships with SMB-focused Level 3 MSP partners in Pax8’s SaaS marketplace, driving retention, expansion, and partner success. Forecast and execute monthly/quarterly plans to achieve new MRR per partner while coordinating co-sell and adoption motions.
Managed a high-value QuickBooks Payments customer portfolio to drive retention, expansion, and account health through consultative selling. Performed financial analysis to optimize billing, collections, and payment processing outcomes and delivered customer success to improve satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
Owned B2B channel relationships across VARs/MSPs, commercial hosting providers, and distribution partners for the QuickBooks ecosystem. Developed partner program motions, negotiated and executed channel agreements, and led enablement and training to improve product knowledge, sales execution, and customer adoption.
Managed a customer pipeline to drive sales results, handling objections and providing pre- and post-sale consultation. Delivered cross-sell across attached solutions to achieve a high attach rate.
