I’m a friendly, outgoing support professional who works well with others and also takes initiative when working alone. I bring written, verbal, and active listening skills that help me address issues and solve problems with a solution-focused approach.

I’ve built my approach through care work, community support work, and sound engineering, developing transferable strengths like being organized, adaptable, methodical, and thorough. I’m patient and calm, tactful and sympathetic, and I apply a reflective and responsible mindset in every role.

In my care experience, I developed a strong knowledge of care work principles, including safeguarding, and I focused on empathy through a calm and considerate nature. I’ve supported elderly service users and adults with learning difficulties, and I’ve also handled preparation duties such as canteen work and food and drinks preparation.

Right now, I’m actively seeking employment in a customer-facing role—support work, advisory positions, or administration—where I can support others to address their barriers and find success in their pursuits. I’m motivated to be reliable, trustworthy, and effective in helping people move forward.
