I am a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives on challenges that test my abilities. With a strong commitment to achieving high standards, I take pride in my work and continuously seek to develop my skills and knowledge. My experience as a support worker has allowed me to work closely with young people, providing them with a safe space to discuss their needs and offering emotional support when necessary.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including working in mental health, customer service, and administration. My time at Tulip as a mental health support worker has been particularly rewarding, as I assist young individuals in navigating their challenges. I have also developed strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
My aspiration is to work with young asylum seekers and immigrants in the UK, helping them gain confidence and independence. I believe that every young person deserves support and guidance as they transition into adulthood, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact in their lives.
