What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote customer service role with an international team where I can support customers, manage orders, resolve concerns, build relationships, and continue developing professionally.

I run e-commerce operations at Jirani Market, managing customer conversations, orders, delivery follow-up, and after-sales concerns across messaging and social media platforms.

I coordinate suppliers and sourcing partners, compare prices, manage purchasing and inventory, and support online sales through product presentation and customer engagement.

Across independent e-commerce projects in Kenya and the DRC, I've researched customer needs, developed product offers, handled objections, and managed sales, marketing, and order coordination independently. I communicate fluently in English, French, and Swahili and am available for fully remote work with international teams.
