I’m looking for a remote Customer Support or Customer Success role in a structured global team, where I can apply strong communication, problem solving, and customer care to resolve issues quickly and help retain customers through excellent service.

I’m a customer support and client experience professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience managing high-volume customer communication, order coordination, and issue resolution in a fast-paced service environment. I handle customer interactions across chat, email, phone calls, and social media platforms, while keeping satisfaction high through timely, accurate responses. In my most recent role, I managed end-to-end customer experience operations for a service-based business, handling everything from inquiry to delivery and resolving disputes with clear communication and expectation management.

I’ve coordinated logistics and fulfillment, managed customer expectations, and handled complaints and change requests in real time across WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media. I also maintained records for order tracking and inventory monitoring, operated independently without supervision, and adapted quickly to digital tools and workflows to manage multiple customer requests at once. A key highlight was successfully managing complex international customer coordination with some US and UAE-based clients, resolving a service dispute through policy clarification and follow-ups that resulted in successful delivery and customer satisfaction. I’m now seeking a remote Customer Support or Customer Success role where my communication, problem-solving, and customer care strengths can support a structured global team.
