What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a senior recruiting role where I can own end-to-end hiring, partner with VP/Director stakeholders, optimize pipeline and time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a highly accomplished, detail-oriented talent recruitment and acquisition professional, owning full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, onboarding and starts. In my Senior Recruiter role, I managed end-to-end hiring for manufacturing, product, sales, engineering, and leadership roles in a SaaS environment, partnering with VP- and Director-level leaders to define hiring needs, build scorecards, and create targeted sourcing strategies. I reduced time-to-fill from 75 days to 32 through process optimization and proactive sourcing, and I further reduced time-to-fill by 45% through pipeline optimization, structured intake meetings, and improved interview calibration.

I also train hiring managers—over 100—to strengthen interviewing best practices, compliance, and candidate experience, so teams can make confident, consistent decisions. Previously, as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Senior Full Lifecycle Recruiter, I recruited contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent IT candidates, negotiated offers, and prioritized client requirements in high-volume, time-sensitive environments. I bring strong compliance knowledge (HR, OFCCP, EEO) and ATS proficiency (including Boolean and systems such as Field Glass, Xplore, SuccessFactors, Taleo, and Workday), plus admissions leadership experience from roles where I coached and trained teams of 8–15 and ensured recruiting and enrollment processes met standards.
