At Barko Financial Services, I designed redundant enterprise WAN routing and switching, and delivered Microsoft Teams Direct Routing with no cutover downtime using AudioCodes SBCs.

I also established SIP signalling and RTP analysis procedures that helped resolve voice incidents in-house, and designed QoS policies to keep jitter and packet loss within SLA thresholds during WAN congestion.
