What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and optimize high-availability network infrastructure, lead escalations and technical projects, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, automate operational work, and mentor junior engineers.

At Herotel, I design, implement, and maintain scalable network infrastructure, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, and Huawei routers, switches, and firewalls. I support Tier 2, 3, and 4 network operations, manage VLANs and traffic engineering, and monitor KPIs through Grafana, Nexus, Ocular IP, and Zabbix.

Previously at Rain, I resolved advanced VPN, firewall, and routing issues while leading LTE and 5G optimization projects. As 2IC, I handled escalations, delegated work, supported SLA compliance, and developed API troubleshooting tools that reduced L2 ticket load.

I enjoy delivering reliable networks, collaborating with vendors including Huawei and Nokia, automating operational work, and mentoring junior engineers. I also bring IT administration, ERP deployment, logistics, client relations, and operational management experience.
