What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute my networking and remote troubleshooting expertise in a remote or hybrid support environment, delivering strong fault resolution within KPI, MTTR, and SLA expectations, while collaborating with teams to solve complex customer issues.

I’m a detail-oriented IT professional with a solid foundation in networking, routing, and switching. I configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure remotely, keeping problem-solving at the center of every interaction.

For 3 years in a hybrid role at Vodacom Business Africa, I managed high-volume ticket workflows and resolved customer faults through inbound and outbound troubleshooting. I worked within KPI targets, MTTR, and SLA requirements, while collaborating across teams to solve complex issues.

I also strengthen my network engineering capabilities through hands-on lab practice: configuring routers and switches in Cisco Packet Tracer, implementing routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP, and designing VLAN/STP/port-security setups.
