At Clover SA, I’m the technical owner for enterprise network infrastructure across South Africa and cross-border operations in Eswatini, Botswana, and Namibia. I defined the controller-based wireless architecture and standards, and lead a phased national access-point deployment using a repeatable site methodology developed with the engineering team.
I led the network workstream for relocating primary and secondary data centres to off-site facilities, and built a prioritised replacement roadmap based on lifecycle, operational, and security risks. I also created a validated network knowledge base covering the estate.
At BCX, I led technical delivery on a R120-million unified communications account across 22 national sites and contributed to securing a five-year renewal. My experience also includes supporting Standard Bank’s national branch and head-office network, carrier-environment support at Vodacom Business, and 24/7 managed-services operations at Dimension Data.
