At NTT Data (Infrastructure Solutions), I provide second-line support for MPLS, DIA, broadband and cloud-hosting services. I troubleshoot WAN-edge and service-provider core incidents, investigate root causes and work toward resolving escalations.
I monitor client infrastructure and look for recurring incidents and opportunities to reduce them. I also perform link diagnostics, including failover and cutover testing, and carry out approved maintenance and device replacements.
Previously at NTT Data (Infrastructure Solutions), I provided first-line support and troubleshooting for enterprise network services. At Dimension Data, I monitored managed-service networks, investigated faults and contributed to knowledge documentation and workflow improvement.
My experience spans service-provider and managed-services environments, with hands-on work across routing, MPLS, WAN access and SD-WAN. I hold active CCNP ENCOR, ITIL v4 Foundation and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications.
