Stephen Ouma

I am a third-year Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media student at Egerton University with hands-on experience in radio broadcasting and audience engagement. I bring strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities developed through coursework and practical internships.

During a four-month internship at Egerton Radio, I managed listener feedback, supported live shows, coordinated guest appearances, and produced short audio content. I helped boost online engagement during a radio campaign and was recognized for excellent listener communication.

I work well independently and in teams, handle customer complaints professionally, and adapt quickly to changing situations. My technical comfort includes MS Office, email handling, and basic audio editing and recording tasks.

I am seeking remote customer service or audience-facing roles where I can apply my communication skills, improve listener and customer satisfaction, and contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement.
