What I'm looking for
I’m an HR Generalist with 4.5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle across multi-country, remote-first operations spanning West and Central Africa. I serve as the sole onsite HR focal point for all Ghana operations, advising managers, processing employee changes, administering benefits, liaising with finance on payroll, and driving policy compliance. I also support Nigeria remotely—working independently at pace while applying critical thinking to automate administrative workflows and produce data-driven HR reports for leadership decisions.
