I’m a dynamic, results-driven HR Professional with over two years of experience managing the employee lifecycle, full-cycle recruitment, and HRIS administration across corporate and public sectors. In my current role as a Human Resource Assistant (Remote) at InEvent, I partner with department heads to forecast quarterly staffing needs and run targeted online recruiting campaigns. I own the candidate experience lifecycle—from sourcing and communication to interview scheduling and structured onboarding—and I manage the corporate HRIS database to maintain 100% data accuracy for personnel records, vacations, benefits, and welfare tracking.

I also supported HR operations through an HRIS-focused contract role at Tafo Government Hospital, where I audited, updated, and structured departmental personnel files to maintain compliance with institutional standards. I’ve helped improve human resource processes by analyzing cross-departmental administrative needs, supporting performance management reviews, employee welfare programs, vacation logging, and termination data processing, and continuously refining internal administrative policies and compliance frameworks.
