What I'm looking for

I am looking for HR or administrative roles where I can lead recruitment, implement HR policies, support employee development, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.

I am a dedicated Human Resource professional with a BSc in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) and a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management. I have experience across HR operations, recruitment, induction, policy implementation, and customer relationship management.

Throughout my career I have supported HR managers, coordinated recruitment activities, maintained personnel records, and managed customer service operations including call centre management. I am proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives both independently and within teams.

I take pride in building strong client and employee relationships, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to successful events and onboarding; I am eager to bring these strengths to a new HR or administrative role.
