What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own operational governance and scale AI process automation—partnering with C-level leaders to improve execution, compliance, and documentation.

I’m an Operations Specialist with 10+ years of experience at the intersection of Executive Support, Project Management, and Operations. I build scalable operations that connect governance, documentation, and execution—especially when partnering with C-Level leadership to turn strategy into repeatable systems.

Most recently, I’ve been Building the Operations and Legal department from scratch at a software development startup. I develop onboarding processes and project management workflows, manage and review contracts, implement full CLM, and implement data privacy governance in compliance with LGPD and ISO 27001 (including ANPD-required documentation), while preparing AI Governance implementation.

Earlier, at Profitable Media LLC, I standardized operations with a knowledge base of 50+ SOPs, owned Contract Lifecycle Management end-to-end (drafting, review, and secure storage), and managed access governance across 15+ SaaS platforms. I also coordinate People Ops across 3 time zones with international billing and payroll accuracy, and—because I enjoy practical problem-solving—I’m currently applying my AI studies through a portfolio built with Claude Code + Netlify and automation that logs contact form submissions, with a RAG chatbot and Google Calendar scheduling planned next.
