What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role with real ownership: to transform operations, build and lead the team, and grow with the company.

Since 2019, I’ve advised and run businesses through my Independent Consulting Practice, shaping business plans, go-to-market strategies and operational improvements. I turn process audits into KPIs, SOPs and implementation roadmaps, then lead delivery.

From late 2023, I expanded the practice into AI automation, including n8n workflows, voice AI agents, RAG knowledge bases and CRM and WhatsApp integrations. This work saved clients 40+ hours of manual work per week, and I lead a distributed team of 20+ sales and delivery staff.

At Tech Mahindra, assigned to Apple programs, I led the Latin America team delivering device-testing and user-research programs. I also implemented CRM and process automation tooling that increased project delivery speed by 40%, while keeping the program aligned with GDPR and LGPD.
